5. Payments

Depending on the individual property, payment may be:

• Collected by My Ooty Stay.
• Paid directly to the property owner.
• Split between an advance payment and the remaining balance payable during check-in.

Payment options may include UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, bank transfer or any other payment method specified during the booking process.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies differ between properties.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy applicable to their selected property before making payment.

Refund requests are processed according to the respective property's cancellation policy.

7. Property Information

My Ooty Stay makes reasonable efforts to personally visit properties and collect information directly from accommodation providers before publishing listings.

However, property details including pricing, amenities, availability, facilities and photographs may change without prior notice.

Guests are encouraged to confirm important details before completing a booking.

8. Customer Responsibilities

9. Property Owner Responsibilities

10. Limitation of Liability

My Ooty Stay acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting guests with accommodation providers.

My Ooty Stay is not responsible for disputes relating to:

• Accommodation quality.
• Property cleanliness.
• Service standards.
• Pricing disputes.
• Cancellation disputes.
• Refund disputes.
• Damages or losses.
• Personal injury.
• Theft or loss of personal belongings.

Such matters remain the responsibility of the guest and the respective property owner unless otherwise required by applicable law.
